80 tonne crane hire: Grove GMK4080-1
The biggest crane in our fleet. A 51m main boom and up to 21m of jib reach 73m, for heavy lifts, long reach and big marine jobs across the Whitsundays.

Our heavy lift all-terrain crane
The Grove GMK4080-1 is an 80 tonne all-terrain crane on four axles. It drives to site on its own wheels, sets up on outriggers and lifts with a six-section main boom that runs from 11m to 51m.
Add the jib and the tip height goes to 73m, which is the reach you need to lift over buildings, onto rooftops or out to the far side of a boat. All-wheel steering and crab steering get it into tighter sites than you'd expect from a crane this size.
The heaviest lifts in our fleet.
51m main boom plus up to 21m of jib.
Gets into tighter sites and driveways.
No transport or assembly before the lift.

Set-up, access and lift planning
An 80 tonne crane needs room for its outriggers and firm ground under the pads. Lofty looks at access, ground conditions, overhead lines and the lift itself before the job, and prepares the lift plan and Safe Work Method Statement.

- Lift plan and SWMS prepared for every job
- Licensed operator, riggers and dogman supplied
